Our recent stay at Nuevo Deluxe was quite a memorable experience for our family! The hotel successfully balances luxury and value, making it a solid choice for families seeking a fun getaway without breaking the bank. The water slides and children's pool kept our kids entertained, allowing us adults a moment of peaceful relaxation. Originally concerned about the quality expected at a resort, we were pleasantly surprised. The adjoining rooms were clean and spacious, equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV - essentials for a family with two kids. The breakfast was simple yet satisfying; staff ensured everything was refreshed and the ambiance was pleasant. We truly appreciated the 24-hour reception and the prompt housekeeping service, which made our stay comfortable. Kleon, a standout staff member, provided exceptional service, addressing our questions and requests efficiently. The added convenience of shuttle services to nearby attractions also made exploration easy. Nuevo Deluxe combines practical luxury with good value, making us eager to return. Definitely a wise choice for family travelers!
